Saint Oliver Art Competition - Theme "Saint Oliver – Pilgrim of Peace."

We cordially invite your school to participate in the upcoming Saint Oliver Art Competition, held in celebration of SaintOliver400 under the theme: “Saint Oliver – Pilgrim of Peace.”

This competition is open to all students residing on the island of Ireland and enrolled in participating schools. It aims to provide a creative platform for pupils to explore and express the inspiring legacy and message of Saint Oliver through art.

Included in this invitation are the official Rules of Entry and a School Resource Kit, which answers common questions about Saint Oliver, outlines categories, provides artwork guidelines, and details important dates. While your school may organize the competition internally on dates of your choice, we kindly ask that final entries be submitted to us by Thursday, 8th May 2025.

To ensure fairness and streamline the judging process, we request each participating school to select and submit up to three artworks per year group. This will help showcase a diverse yet manageable range of creative contributions from different levels.

This year’s prizes include tablets, vouchers, and the incredible opportunity for the overall winner’s artwork to be featured on the 2026 Saint Oliver Prayer and Petition card.

We would be delighted to see your students take part in this meaningful and artistic celebration. If you have any questions or require printed materials (such as colouring pages for younger groups), please feel free to make contact at saintoliverplunkett@gmail.com.

Thank you for considering this opportunity. We look forward to seeing your school’s wonderful artistic contributions!
